Four ways to get the marketing support your organization needs. Providing support from strategic oversight to hands-on campaign execution.
Ongoing strategic direction and senior-level marketing oversight without the cost of a full-time hire. Think of it as having an experienced Marketing Director on retainer.
10-20 hours per month, 6-12 month minimum commitment
Complete marketing planning and hands-on execution. I develop the strategy, create the campaigns, produce the content, and manage the day-to-day implementation.
Project-based (8-16 weeks) or ongoing retainer
Grassroots audience development that goes beyond traditional advertising. I help you build sustainable relationships within your community through partnerships, authentic engagement, and strategic outreach.
3-6 month campaigns or seasonal support
Professional development for your team on authentic patron engagement, content strategy, data-driven decision-making, and mission-centered marketing.
Half-day or full-day workshops, customizable for your team’s needs. Also available in 8-12 week audit form.
Step 1: Discovery (Week 1) We start with conversation. I learn about your mission, audiences, challenges, and goals. You learn about my approach and how we might work together.
Step 2: Proposal & Planning (Week 2) I develop a customized proposal outlining scope, timeline, deliverables, and investment. We refine it together until it fits your needs and budget.
Step 3: Execution (Varies by Project) We get to work. Depending on your engagement, this might mean monthly strategy sessions, campaign launches, content creation, or staff training. You’ll always know what’s happening and why.
Step 4: Measurement & Optimization (Ongoing) We track what matters—not just vanity metrics. I provide clear reporting on performance and recommendations for continuous improvement.
It depends on your current team capacity, budget, and immediate needs. During our discovery call, I’ll ask questions about your marketing challenges and recommend the approach that makes the most sense. Many organizations start with a project and then move to ongoing support.
Yes. While I’m based in the Philadelphia area and have deep connections here, I work with mission-driven organizations nationwide. Most engagements are remote with occasional on-site visits as needed.
I bring both front-of-house experience and strategic marketing expertise to arts organizations. I’ve served as Head Usher and House Manager at Fox Theater in St. Louis, where I learned firsthand how patron experience shapes loyalty. I’m currently completing a Graduate Certificate in Arts Management at NYU while working with mission-driven organizations on audience development, campaign strategy, and community engagement. I understand the unique challenges of marketing live performance because I’ve worked both sides of the curtain.
Absolutely. Many of my clients have small marketing teams who need strategic direction, additional capacity, or specialized expertise. I’m comfortable working as part of a team or leading one.
That’s completely normal. Let’s schedule a discovery call where we can talk through your challenges. I’ll ask questions, share observations, and recommend an approach. There’s no pressure, lets just have a conversation about what might work.
It depends on your goals. Success might mean increased ticket sales, stronger donor engagement, more diverse audiences, improved retention rates, or better community relationships. We’ll define clear success metrics together before we start.
Project-based work typically runs 8-16 weeks. Fractional leadership engagements are usually 6-12 months minimum. Workshops can be scheduled based on your team’s availability. I’m flexible and can work within your organization’s timeline.
Yes. For longer engagements, I offer monthly payment schedules. For projects, we can structure payments around milestones. I want the investment to work for your budget.
Not sure which service makes sense for your organization? Let’s have a conversation. I’ll ask questions about your challenges, share what I’m seeing, and recommend an approach. There is no pressure, just honest discussion about how we might work together.
